FIELD: microwave engineering; detector conversion of continuous-wave and pulse-modulated signals. SUBSTANCE: receiving power converter has divider built of series- connected detector section 1 in the form of field-effect transistor whose gate is connected to source and loading section 3 wherefrom output signal is taken. Use is made here of quadrature section of field-effect transistor characteristic from zero to voltage equal to forward-conductivity voltage of field-effect transistor gate. Increasing transconductance of conversion and output signal is attained due to building loading section 3 around field-effect transistor whose gate is connected to source which is differentially connected to device output. Field-effect transistor incorporated in detector section 1 and loading section 3 are interconnected in bridge circuit to obtain differentially demodulated output signal. EFFECT: reduced error in power and voltage conversion. 5 cl, 4 dwg
