FIELD: temperature correction technology.
SUBSTANCE: method is intended for correcting transfer function of bridge strain gauge, piezoresistive, capacitive or inductive pressure, angular shift and other physical quantity transducers. Current feeds the transducer. Differential output transducer voltage is measured as well as non-differential output voltages at different sensitive elements of transducers. Temperature of transducer is judged from sum or half-sum of its non-differential output voltages. Actual value of parameter to be measured is related to digital value of output signal of the transducer by part-linear relation or by polynomial. Transfer factor of transducer and output signal shift is corrected due to software.
EFFECT: improved precision of measurement.
