In the presence of differences of less than 5 % in the nerve conduction velocity, revascularization of both vascular pools is performed.

EFFECT: method allows highly specific determination of the target artery for surgical revascularization of patients with critical ischemia of the lower limb by evaluating and comparing the nerve conduction velocity for the tibial and peroneal nerves.
