LOOSE MATERIAL THROWER Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering; grain throwers. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for loading, unloading and cleaning of grain thrashing floors and in storehouses. Proposed thrower includes blade drum with holes for loose material over which endless belt passes resting on drive and driven drums, and charging hopper with gate to feed loose material into auger feeder provided with drive. Auger feeder is made triple-start, in form of truncated cone with thread of diameter increasing in direct proportion in length of auger from intake part of auger feeder to bladed drum and it terminals in three blades of one diameter to deliver loose material into holes of bladed drum arranged at angle of 120o in inner space of bladed drum and displaced relative to axis of shaft of auger feeder through an angle in opposite direction relative to auger flights. Drives of drive drum and auger feeder are provided with variable-speed drives. EFFECT: increased capacity of thrower at simultaneous reduction of degree of grain damaging. 2 cl, 5 dwg
