SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes production of solid ammonium dinitroamide and loading it at monitored continuous rate into heating unit, melting ammonium dinitroamide, continuous delivery of molten ammonium dinitroamide into non-dissolving cooling fluid maintaining temperature below hardening temperature of ammonium dinitroamide; cooling fluid is mixed by method which promotes forming of drops of monitored size which are hardened in cooling fluid producing spherical ammonium dinitroamide with particles whose size corresponds to size of drops.
