FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: composition for manufacturing molded products, fibers or films, based on aromatic copolyamide with intrachain heterocycles may be used in chemical industry for reinforcing plastics, radio ware, as tire cord, in fabrication of textiles, and also for manufacturing films and pulps. Composition aromatic copolyamide (1.6-5.7%), calcium or lithium chloride (2.8- 4.5%), N,N-dimethylacetamide, N-methylpirrolidon, and hydrochloric acid, said 0.2- 3.6% aromatic oligoamide being at least one of the compounds having structural formulae 1 or 2: (1), (2), in which formulae Ar1, and Ar4 are phenylene radicals, Ar2 is heterocyclic radical of formula (X = O, N, S or NH), and Ar3 radical (R = Cl or H), and additionally 0.2-3.6% of aromatic oligoamide depicted by one of the same formulae 1 or 2 having intrinsic viscosity 0.65-4.5 dl/g. EFFECT: improved working characteristics of aramide fibers and threads. 6 tbl, 11 ex
