FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil well pumps. Proposed guide vane assembly contains guide and cover disks with radial channels and vanes arranged in between. Guide disk with vanes and cover disk are made split over open plane of radial channels and over peripheral centering surfaces. Ring recess in form of right-angled triangle with vertex on periphery is made in peripheral zone of guide disk from delivery side. Hypothesis of triangle is parallel to its outer side wall. Peripheral section of guide disk has multistart screw channels, three minimum, smoothly changing into radial channels. Multistart screw channels are made with variable tilting to impeller to provide constant angle of tilting from beginning of any vane to beginning of adjacent vane. Tilting from this point gradually decreases to zero, and side working wall of screw channel smoothly blends into bottom wall of corresponding radial channel found on its rear side of guide disk. EFFECT: increased head and efficiency, reduced labor input at machining of through channels. 4 dwg
