SUBSTANCE: examined specimen of polymer system is placed into primary measurement converter of capacitive type, tension u(t) of thermal electric fluctuations is measured and registered across terminals of primary measurement converter in the course of time interval Δt at temperature T, obtained data are utilized to compute time of molecular relaxation by certain formula given in description of invention. EFFECT: increased accuracy of determination of time of molecular relaxation of processes of thermal motion in polymers of different polarity and chemical structure at specified temperature. 2 dwg, 1 tbl
