FIELD: measuring technique.
SUBSTANCE: method can be used for production of high-molecular compounds as well as for forecasting changes in physical properties of polymer materials under different conditions of exploitation. Tested material having thickness of d is placed into capacitor primary measuring converter at known temperature T; electric-fluctuation parameters of material are measured and dielectric characteristics of material are calculated from the results of measurement. Converter has three parallel potential electrodes, which form working containers to have fixed relation, which electrodes are connected in parallel to input of low-noise amplifier. Mean squares of voltage of thermal electro-magnetic fluctuation U1 2, U2 2, U3 2 are measured at clamps of any electrode at frequency of f within Δf bandwidth. Value of fluctuation dielectric permeability ε' and dielectric loss tangent tgδ are calculated on base of measured values. Frequency range of measurement can be widened due to internal fluctuation electromagnet field within frequencies being lower than 100kHz.
EFFECT: widened frequency band.
