Heating condition is set and heating power is found by formula P=UI. Root-mean-square values , of electric fluctuations and dielectric characteristics such as dielectric permittivity ε′ and dielectric loss factor ε″ free of effect of external electric field are measured. Coefficient λ of thermal conductivity is computed by obtained data is determined by given formula.
