FIELD: television; production of applied systems. SUBSTANCE: space- time processing of image ensuring separation of moving objects on complex moving background while shaping this image is executed by discrete accumulation of charges photo-generated under impact of image projected in potential pits of photosensitive charge-coupled device matrix and mutual spatial displacement of image and matrix of photosensitive charge-coupled devices; in the process charge accumulation time at each point of space is varied in proportion to pulse characteristic readings of implemented space-time filter as function of type of filtration and observation conditions. Proposed device has minimal mass and size, as well as power characteristics typical of photosensitive charge-coupled devices. EFFECT: reduced loss of charge bursts. 2 cl, 2 dwg
