FIELD: television, possible use for engineering applied systems.

SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, spatial and temporal processing of images on basis of matrices of photo-sensitive charge-coupled devices is realized in form of folding of image projected onto matrix of photo-sensitive charge-coupled devices with required impulse characteristic, which defines spatial and temporal filtration being realized. Time of accumulation of charges in each point of space is changed proportionally to value of counts of impulse characteristic of spatial and temporal filter being realized.

EFFECT: realization of non-distorting spatial and temporal processing of image, ensuring selection of immoveable and moving objects on non-stationary background.
