FIELD: medical equipment; applicable in performance of full-scale slightly invasive operations without cardiac arrest. SUBSTANCE: complex has vacuum source and secured to retractor device for immobilization of myocardium local area with vacuum suckers holding myocardium local area. Vacuum source is made in form of autonomous vacuum unit provided with vacuum pump, collector, pipeline connecting collector with vacuum pump, pressure control valves in vacuum collector and control system of complex functioning. The latter includes vacuum level transducer in collector and electronic unit controlling immobilization of myocardium local area. Device for immobilization of myocardium local area has stabilizer of position of myocardium operated area secured to controlled supporting member. Myocardium stabilizer has load- carrying frame assembled of two hinged carrying clamps with two flanges limiting operation window. In this case, each carrying clamp has vacuum sucker having working cavity opened from end facing myocardium. Working cavity accommodates perforated inserts. EFFECT: provided high degree of immobilization of operated area and minimal injury to myocardium. 47 cl, 27 dwg
