FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has toothed strip and movable and fixed branches mounted thereon. The fixed branch is rigidly connected to toothed strip end and the movable one has slider member. Both branches have guiding members for mounting auxiliary facilities, means for fastening pulling threads having fixing slits on the upper branch surfaces, removable mirrors and a system of fastening members for fixing the removable mirrors on the branches. Wound dilator has stabilizing strip mounted in parallel to the toothed strip one end of which is rigidly attached to the fixed branch, whereas the moveable branch longitudinally movable along the stabilizing strip being attached to the stabilizing strip. The stabilizing strip has guiding members for mounting accessories. The removable mirror has spatula made as a whole with horizontal shelf adjacent to it with the first longitudinal edge with member for attaching to the branch. The second longitudinal edge of the horizontal shelf has a clamp and spring-loaded fixing member protecting the mirror from transverse displacement relative to the branch in the wound dilator and engageable with the matching members of the branch.
