FIELD: medicine, particularly, otorhinolaryngology, and oral surgery; applicable for endonasal maxillary sinusotomy through interior nasal passage under conditions of hospital and ambulatory clinic with local anesthesia. SUBSTANCE: device has handle and head. Head consists of immovable part with stop and end piece and of movable part with cutting edge located on immovable part. End piece is made in form of cone for puncture of maxillary sinus. Movable part is made in form of hollow semicylinder for bone chips.
