SUBSTANCE: method involves an aqueous-saline extraction of allergen solution from culture of mites of genus Dermatophagoides farinae, centrifugation of allergenic extract, sterilizing filtration of mother allergen solution, eight-fold tenth dilution of mother allergen solution with ethyl alcohol solution, applying prepared dilutions on sugar granules impregnated preliminary with 45% ethyl alcohol, periodic shaking granules for 10-15 min and drying sugar granules with medicinal preparation up to complete alcohol evaporation. Invention provides creature of effective and suitable in application granulated medicinal form from allergen of mites of genus Dermatophagoides farinae.
