FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a heat-resistant rubber mixture for sealing elements that can be used in the oil and gas industry. Rubber mixture contains hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber, novoperoks BP-40, triallyl isocyanurate, zinc oxide, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, stearic acid, diafen FP, naugard 445, songnox 1010, aerosil A 300, kovelos 35/01 T, oligoether acrylates MGF-9 and TGM-3, fibrous filler – aramid fiber.
EFFECT: invention provides improved indicators of conventional tensile strength, resistance of rubber to thermal aging in aggressive hydrocarbon environments at elevated temperatures (up to 150 °C).
