FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-resistant rubber mixture used for making rubber articles which can be used in oil and gas industry. Rubber mixture contains a combination of hydrogenated butadiene-nitrile rubber and butadiene-nitrile rubber, perkadox BC-FF, maleid F, zinc monomethacrylate, oligoester acrylates MGF-9 and TGM-3, naugard 445, irganox 1010, nickel dibutyl dithiocarbate, zincolet VV-222, colophony, stearic acid, calcined magnesia, taurid TSD, technical carbon N 220, technical carbon P 514, dew-ret 175, fibre filler - basalt, carbon, polyacrylonitrile fibre or mineral wool.
EFFECT: improved tear resistance, resistance of rubber to thermal ageing in aggressive hydrocarbon media at high temperatures (up to 150 °C) and stabilisation of hardness of vulcanisate at level of 90 units Shore A.
