FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method for preparing aqueous-alcoholic solutions involves separate protonation and filtration of purified drinking water and ethyl alcohol followed by their mixing. Water protonation is carried out by addition of proton donors being stronger than water. Such donors can be inorganic acids, preferably, ortho-phosphoric or carbonic acid taken in the amount 0.05-0,2 wt.-% as measured for water. Alcohol protonation is carried out by addition of proton donors being stronger than alcohol, in part, organic or inorganic acid, preferably, hydrochloric acid, or ascorbic acid, or citric acid, or oxalic acid taken in the amount 0.1-0.5 wt.-%. Invention provides the improvement of quality of the end product due to reducing the content of harmful impurities. Invention can be applied for production of alcoholic production and in pharmacology and cosmetology also. EFFECT: improved preparing method. 10 cl, 1 tbl, 8 ex
