SUBSTANCE: inductor for heating article surfaces by means of HF electric currents includes hollow annular inducting conductor having gap between its ends and rigid current supply buses. Said buses are arranged in plane of conductor on its end portions. Inductor is provided with removable magnetic circuits mounted on tubular conductor with groove type separation of ends with possibility of rotation around tubular conductor for adaptation to heated surfaces of different shapes. Current supply buses are arranged at side of center of said conductor. EFFECT: enhanced quality of heat treatment of parts due to increased heating degree of surface, easy access to heat treated surfaces, improved efficiency. 3 dwg
