SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of onboard suction and exhaust ventilation duct to remove toxic vapours of process baths and electrolyte collector-concentrator connected by pipelines with electrolyte bath collector of jet-dynamic flushing, wherein operating modules of process baths are equipped with devices for removal and localization of toxic fumes, onboard suctions - local fan, collector-concentrator - separator-drop separator, and collector-trap of diluted electrolyte is equipped with bubbler or separator-drop separator, wherein output of local fan of collector-concentrator is connected to input of separator-drop separator installed in latter, and the output of at least one of the local process bath fans is connected to the inlet of the bubbler process bath or separator-drop separator installed in the electrolyte collection collector electrolyte, wherein at least collector-trap of diluted electrolyte of process bath is connected to air duct of exhaust ventilation, and when using the blowing mode in the process bath - with a local fan for feeding purified vapours into the process bath blowing circuit, to which the separator-drop separator outlet is connected, after which the galvanochemical treatment line is started and toxic evaporation is removed by bubbling diluted electrolyte with toxic fumes and / or condensation thereof in separators-drop separators, and condensed evaporation is used during jet-dynamic flushing.
EFFECT: technical result is simplification of maintenance of localization devices, high efficiency of cleaning process baths toxic fumes and expansion of functional and technological capabilities.
