FIELD: railway transport; permanent way. SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains embedded plate 4 with holes for hook bolt encased in reinforced concrete tie 2, hook bolt 3 with head engaging with support surface of embedded plate and fastening part (nut 5) of construction with reinforced concrete tie 2. Embedded plate 4 is made in form of plate of saddle form spatially curved in two relatively perpendicular planes so that support surfaces of plate in contact with hook bolt 3 form angle equal to angle of slope of support surfaces of head of hook bolt 3, and side surfaces of said plate form rectangular for fixing head of hook bolt 3.
