FIELD: cellular time-division multiple access systems. SUBSTANCE: novelty is that transmission power of new time interval is determined in mobile station basing on transmission power of at least one time interval used during establishing connections. If connection has one time interval that can be used during assignment of new time interval, then transmission power of new time interval should be better set at same value as that of preceding one. If connection has two or more time intervals that can be used for assigning new time interval, then transmission power of new time interval should be better determined basing on transmission power values of these two or more time intervals in compliance with algorithm defined earlier.
