FIELD: mobile radio communication systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed method is concerned with mobile communication system supporting data transmission between mobile station and network in a number of various burst- data protocols including multiple-address call protocol during transmission in compliance with single-point-to-plurality-of-points communication protocol. Data of burst-data protocol are formatted and deformatted by dependent subnet- reduction protocol according to burst-data protocol provided for these data. Burst data protocol is identified for dependent subnet-reduction protocol by means of protocol identifier conveyed between network and mobile station. In order to enable mobile station to receive data transmitted according to single- point-to-plurality-of-points communication protocol in SILENCE state, special protocol identifier continuously enables transmission from mobile station according to single-point-to-plurality-of-points communication protocol while other identifiers are dynamically given by network other burst-data protocols.
