SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to prevent relapses of adhesions in order to eliminate infertility for this reason. Laparoscopic salpingostomy is performed. Immediately after salpingostomy, a three-way balloon catheter with a diameter of 5–8 mm is installed into the lumen of the fallopian tube, which is fixed in the lumen of the fallopian tube by inflating the balloon from the proximal end of the catheter. Ringer-lactate solution is injected into the lumen of the fallopian tube twice with an interval of 5–6 hours on the day of surgery, then on the first, second and third days three times with the same interval, then ultrasound and laboratory monitoring is carried out. If the first signs of an inflammatory process are present, treatment is continued in the same mode until the 7th day of the postoperative period, after which the catheter is removed.

EFFECT: method allows to prevent the recurrence of adhesions in the fallopian tubes, due to reliable fixation of the balloon catheter in the lumen of the fallopian tube, and improves the quality of washing the fallopian tubes.
