FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with laparotomy out of minilaparotomic access where one should install retractor supplied with hooks located at the angle of 120-130 deg. towards anterior abdominal wall. Incision of lateral surfaces of the main prosthesis' branch is carried out along an arch to provide development of anastomosis in the form of circumference. At carrying out left side of anastomosis, prosthesis is at some distance against an aorta and beyond abdominal cavity, then ligatures' ends should be stretched out to direct prosthesis towards aorta. The method enables to improve hemodynamic characteristics of proximal anastomosis, decrease traumaticity degree of operation and shorten terms of rehabilitation.
