FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: extraperitoneal miniapproach to an infrarenal aorta is ensured through a left skin incision, at 1-1.5 cm in the lateral direction from a median line, 6-7 cm long; a lower edge of the incision is ended at the level of an omphalus. Subcutaneous fat, an anterior wall of a rectus sheath are incised. The rectus is pulled back in the lateral direction; a posterior wall of the sheath is incised, while a parietal peritoneum is laminated with a swab to an abdominal aorta. An aortic-femoral segment is reconstructed; an abdominal wound is reinforced by separate closure of the posterior and abdominal walls of the rectus sheath. The postoperative wounds are closed.
EFFECT: method enables reducing operative injuries and number of postoperative complications.
