FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has rod having head, base having fastening members and rigid distance member with adjusting screw. One end of the adjusting screw is connected to rod head by means of monoaxial articulation member and the second end is movably connected to the base by means of biaxial articulation member mounted on the base allowing movement when using displacement mechanism of biaxial articulation member having screw mounted in threaded opening of base boss and means for fixing articulation position on the base. The biaxial articulation member is formed by bushing with connecting link mounted on free end of the screw and connected to an ears on the second end of the rigid distance member. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications; adjustability of articulation fissure in postoperative period. 3 cl, 4 dwg
