FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics. Endoprosthesis contains cup and holders. Cup is made semispherical with cylindrical part below equator. In cylindrical part there are through radial canals for holders with axes located parallel to equator plane and at equal angles to each other. On cup butt, between projections of through radial canals on it, rectangular turnings are made. Holders are made with sharpened working points for penetration into bone tissue and with rear end points which have conical hollows. Holders are placed in through radial canals with their rear ends facing inside the cup. Guide for installation of said prosthesis contains base, threaded rod, movable and non-movable bars, bush and spiral tension springs. Base has cylindrical form and canal for threaded rod. Threaded rod has handle, its free end has spacer disc, installed on said rod with possibility of axial rotation. Threaded rod has possibility of movement in base canal on thread. Bush has threaded canal and is fixed under base. Part of threaded rod is located in bush. Ends of non-movable bars are supplied with plastic supports for placement in rectangular turnings of cup butt, ends of movable bars being supplied with semispherical protrusions for installation into conical hollows of holder rear ends. On movable bars wedges are fixed. Non-movable and movable bars are installed on base perimetre at equal distance from each other and with their alternation. Non-movable bars are fixed and movable are suspended on hinges. Spiral tension springs are fixed with their ends on movable bars and bush. Spacer disc has possibility of constant contact with wedges.

EFFECT: improvement of treatment outcome due to reduction of manipulation traumaticity, increase of installation accuracy and stability of endoprosthesis fixation in acetabulum.
