FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mixture of primary fatty acids preparing from myar cane wax. New mixture of primary high-molecular natural fatty acids comprises from 24 to 38 carbon atoms, preferably from 26 to 36 carbon atoms and mostly preferably they have unbranched chain comprising 26, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35 and 36 carbon atoms. This mixture shows high reproducibility by composition of fatty acids from lot to lot and it is isolated from myar cane (Saccharum officinarum L.) wax. This mixture of fatty acids shows definite pharmacological properties that allow its using as the main active component in pharmacological compositions used as hypocholesterolemic properties and against hypercholesterolemia of II-type, anti-thrombocytopathy, as anti-thrombotic, anti-ischemic agents. This mixture of primary fatty acids is effective also in inhibition of development of stomach ulcers caused by different agents.
