FIELD: technology of cleaning inner surfaces of pipe lines and any reservoirs against growth, corrosion, deposits and other dirt, as well as disinfection of inner surfaces; chemical, oil producing and oil refining industries; water handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes acting on surface to be cleaned by acoustic oscillations of cavitation jet of working fluid organized by nozzle in form of generator fitted in way of cleaning unit. Surface to be cleaned is also acted on by acoustic oscillations of cavitation jet of working fluid which is opposite to said jet; generators may turn through any angle for forming required inclination of jet and for translational motion of helical unit. Device proposed for realization of this method includes stator, rotor, upright with ring, holder brought in contact with surface being cleaned and hose supplying working fluid to rotor upright passages. Mounted on rotor upright perpendicularly to its axis are nozzles made in form of generators turnable through required angles and directed oppositely for required inclination of fluid jets and translational helical motion of unit. Each generator is profiled for forming cavitation jet of working fluid and is sound oscillations. Passage of rotor upright is communicated with generators and holder may be secured relative to ring. EFFECT: increased productivity at simultaneous disinfection of reservoir due to bactericidal properties of acoustic oscillations; extended field of application. 4 cl, 4 dwg
