FIELD: shipbuilding and ship-repairing; technological equipment for cleaning underwater surfaces of ship's hulls. SUBSTANCE: according to first version of invention, device has housing, hydraulic pump, cavitation nozzles, hydraulic distributor and water-jet nozzles mounted for motion of device in water in different directions. Device is provided with sealing units with disk-type brushes secured on them. Drive cavitation nozzles may be fitted on lateral surfaces of disk-type brushes at controllable angle. Disk-type brushes may be inclined to one side or to opposite sides; provision is made for fixation of preset angle of inclination relative to vertical axes, thus providing for self-motion of device in different directions relative to surface to be cleaned. According to second version of invention, device is provided with propellers instead of disk-type brushes for motion of device over surface being cleaned. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 6 cl, 10 dwg
