FIELD: hydrodynamic cleaning. SUBSTANCE: according to first design version, device is provided with housing, collector, stator, rotor in form of radial pipelines and high-pressure jet generators. Housing is made to shape of profiled disk and is partially filled with movable ballast. Platform with supports is installed on stator. Shaped blades of rotor build low pressure under device housing. Description of device provides distances from nozzle to extreme points of jet contact pattern with treated surface. Device to change direction of movement of entire cleaning device is also provided. According to second design version, angle of turning of generator nozzle axis in horizontal plane relative to axis of radial pipelines in direction of rotor rotation is greater than zero. Rotation of rotor is provided by ejector nozzles. Each nozzle is installed on radial pipeline of collector rotor at right angle to its axis. EFFECT: increased reliability, efficiency, capacity and safety of device of any design version, enlarged operating capabilities, possibility of operation on ground. 18 cl, 13 dwg
