FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed front part of vehicle body contains side parts of body support surface consisting of front fenders 3, mudguards 4 and sidemembers 5, and bumper placed in between and consisting of outer panel 1 and inner panel 2. Inner panel 2 is steel and it includes one middle part 6 and two side parts 7 and it is connected to free ends of support surface of body by bolt joint. Middle part 6 of inner panel 2 of provided with longitudinal cavities, and side parts 7 of inner panel are made-L-shaped in plan and are secured together with front fenders 3 on side part of body support surface in common points of attachment by means of brackets 8 which, in their turn, are connected with mudguards 4 also by bolt joints in two points of attachment 10 which provides additional fixing of inner panel and thus increases rigidity of bumper at angle collision. EFFECT: increased rigidity of structure at angle collision, increased shock-absorbing properties of body front part, thus providing additional protection of body. 4 cl, 5 dwg
