FIELD: temperature regulation, namely in electric and radio engineering systems. SUBSTANCE: regulator includes first temperature sensitive comparator; heater; second temperature sensitive comparator. First comparator consumes power less by order and more when it is in OFF state than in ON state. Second comparator consumes power less more than by order in its OFF state. Power supply bus of temperature sensitive unit of first comparator is connected with outlet of source voltage stabilizer. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of turning on heater by means of temperature regulator consuming power less by order in OFF state than in ON state (without taking into account energy consumed by heater) at temperature lowered until threshold value of turning on regulator in range of power supply voltages. 2 dwg
