FIELD: canned food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing smooth pea grains in biological maturity stage; subjecting pea grains to swelling; preparing liquid media by introducing into liquid media composition preparation produced by sequential extracting of Mortierella sepedonioides micromycet biomass with the use of non-polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline, and water, with following joining of first extract with solid residue; filling cans with pea grains and liquid media composition; sealing and sterilizing. Swelling procedure is effectuated before filling procedure by wetting and/or blanching of pea grains or swelling procedure may be effectuated simultaneously with sterilization provided by thermal processing. EFFECT: increased yield of final product.
