FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of bottled natural and mineral waters, alcohol and soft drinks, wines, soft glass, and other foods. Method consists in aeration of water with noble gas (in particular argon)- containing mixture, wherein content of noble gas is at least 3 vol % and treatment is carried out until equilibrium concentration of gas in water system is attained.
