FIELD: water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of water production for household and drinking purposes and can be used in engineering, medicine, including practical healthcare, food and cosmetic industries, and agriculture. Method of obtaining household water for drinking purposes, enriched with hydrogen, provides for sanitary processing of process equipment before production, water preparation, preparation of household water for drinking, enriched with hydrogen, bottling, capping, scavenging, labeling, packaging, transferring products to warehouse, storage and transportation of finished products. Water preparation is performed on membrane water treatment system to produce process water with balanced microelement composition. Temperature of water entering the saturator should be no more than 15 °C. Water treatment system comprises multilayer filtration unit, iron removal unit, softening unit, reverse osmosis membrane unit with regeneration unit. Original artesian water from storage tank under pressure of 4–6 atm is fed to the inlet of the multilayer filter, passing from top to bottom through layers of granular load and drainage layer of gravel, freed from mechanical impurities. Deferrization filter consists of a fiberglass tank loaded with a layer of granular filter material and the accompanying filter layers. After the deferrization unit, water enters softening unit, consisting of two Na+-cationite filters mounted in parallel. Membrane installation designed to reduce overall water salinity by the method of reverse osmosis, comprises barrier filter, high-pressure pump, diaphragm circuit consisting of three modules, chemical washing unit, piping, shut-off and control valves, control panel and recording and instrumentation equipment. Stage of preparing drinking water enriched with hydrogen is to saturate the prepared water with molecular hydrogen or carbon dioxide in a saturator. At the same time, a source of hydrogen, cylinder or generator of hydrogen, is connected through reducer and pipeline to saturator, inlet gas valve of hydrogen source opens, working pressure of hydrogen in range of 0.3–0.4 MPa is set on gearbox. Then gas inlet valve on saturator opens and hydrogen displaces water that was previously poured into saturator column into drain. After work is completed, the shut-off valve of the hydrogen source is closed, the water supply to the saturator is turned off, and the excess pressure in the saturator is discharged through the drainage pipe. Isobaric bottling is performed on the filling machine in bottles that have been rinsed with ozonated water. Filling is carried out using carbon dioxide for backpressure, and when stored in boxes made of corrugated cardboard, the bottles are stacked and stored upside down – bottom up.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase organoleptic properties of water composition by improving quality of water.
