FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves shaping signal to be measured, amplifying and filtering it, processing the measured signal and outputting measurement results. Bipolar rectangular signal and reference impulses are shaped before being processed, determining their durations correlation. When treating a measured signal, digital filtration of signal impulse packages, their recording and cardiovascular system parameters calculation is carried out. Device has peripheral part manufactured on the basis of measured signal shaper connected to amplification and filtration unit and basic electronic system having processor connected to input-output port and display unit. The peripheral part has voltage stabilization unit, generator for measuring bipolar rectangular measurement and reference impulses and electron-optical control unit connected to the generator for measuring bipolar rectangular impulses via amplification unit. The generator for measuring bipolar rectangular impulses connected to input-output port connected to initial shaper of measured signal via unit for stabilizing power supply voltage, amplification and filtration unit and electron-optical control unit.
