FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to medical equipment and are intended for long continuous non-contact measurement of blood flow parametres. Method includes measurement of intensity of magnetic field created by pulsing movement of blood on section of artery and translation of values of magnetic field intensity into values of arterial pressure and heart rate by means of program-algorithmic device. Using radio means measured information is transmitted in digital form from patient to doctor's working place and parametres pf blood flow are calculated - arterial pressure and heart rate. In order to realise claimed method device contains microelectronic magnetic sensor, equipped with receiver-transmitter of radio signals, unit of measurement information processing, installed directly in ECM and made in form of separate board with placed on it receiver-transmitter, and visualisation unit. Sensor, which is installed in direct vicinity above artery, is made on the basis of thin-film resistive magnet-sensitive elements. In addition, sensor contains precision low-noise current amplifiers, temperature sensors, circuit of noise cancellation, signal processor, radio station of packet data transmission, circuit of measurement information processing, its visualisation and archiving.
EFFECT: providing possibility of simultaneous long-term control of hemodynamic parametres of group of people, as well as non-contact measurement of blood flow parametres by means of compact microelectronic sensor in home, working and clinic conditions eliminating "white coat" syndrome.
