SUBSTANCE: one should carry out roentgenoscopic evaluation of motor-evacuatory gastric function during contrasting gastroduodenal complex with barium, moreover, if gastric body is filled with barium followed by antrum's filling one should detect receptive relaxation to be in norm; if gastric sinus is filled with barium followed by antrum's filling it is possible to state upon decreased receptive relaxation at keeping pyloric closing function; if duodenum is filled with barium followed by antrum's filling - high degree for the decrease of receptive gastric relaxation is observed.
