SUBSTANCE: the present innovation refers to diagnostics and correction of digestive functions of gastroduodenal complex (GDC). For 10 min in the mode of duplex scanning at the angle of insonation being 60° against antro-duodenal passage one should register the picture of evacuation of control test breakfasts by boluses: on the 1st d - "Carbohydrate" (c), on the 2nd d - "Protein" (p) and on the 3d d - "Fatty" (f), the duration of the period of food receptive relaxation of gastric antral department, internal pyloric diameter, the quantity of boluses, their average rate and duration, than it is important to detect the volume of antro-duodenal bolus by the following formula: Qc,p,f=V*t*S, where V - average linear rate of the corresponding bolus movement, t - the duration of bolus' evacuation of the corresponding test breakfast, S - the area of pylorus. Under condition of deviation of the obtained values against the following established normal ones: the period of food receptive relaxation of gastric antral department: "carbohydrate" breakfast 1.02±0.73 min; "protein" breakfast 1.7±0.69 min; "fatty" breakfast 3.38±0.19 min; the frequency of boluses (quantity/min): "carbohydrate" breakfast 1.5±0.40; "protein" breakfast 1.8±0.21, "fatty" breakfast" 1.9±0.28; Qc=12.02±2.47; Qp=12.57±2.37, Qf=14.8±1.37 - in this case one should detect the affected function of gastroduodenal complex. The innovation enables to detect normal and pathological GDC state.
