Abstract RU 2218357 C2

FIELD: polymer production. SUBSTANCE: invention provides water-soluble chemically degradable polymers having following structure: , in which R represents spiramycin antibiotic residue bond through its CHO group to amino group of polymer carrier, n= 91.6-93.9 mol %, m=6.2-8.4 mol %, k=0.8-5.6 mol %, and m-k= 2.8-6.2 mol %. Molecular weight of copolymers ranges between 25000 and 150000. Copolymers are prepared by reaction of linear N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone/allylamine copolymers [molecular weight 8700-2000, N-vinyl- 2-pyrrolidone/allylamine molar ratio (91.6- 93.9):(6.1-8.4)] with glutaric aldehyde in aqueous solution at 40-50 C under inert gas atmosphere for 7-9 h, concentration of linear copolymer being 8.8- 12.0 wt %, molar ratio of glutaric aldehyde to amino group of copolymer being (0.075-0.15):1, and product of molar concentration of linear copolymer and above-indicated molar ratio in the course of reaction ranging between 0.88 and 1.58. EFFECT: enabled production of chemically degradable polymer compounds with variable biological activity. 3 cl, 1 tbl, 5 ex
