FIELD: chemical industry; construction materials production. SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the bitumen-polymeric compositions used for making the flexible roofing to waterproof the building foundations and pipelines and with the method to produce the bitumen - polymeric compositions, that includes preliminary melting of bitumen and comminution of polymer, mixing of all ingredients included in the composition. Comminution of polymer (-es) is exercised up to the particles size of d_eqv ≤ 0,012 m, specific time for mixing of a bitumen- polymeric composition makes 1.1-3.6 minutes at the temperature of 140-195 C in a continuous mode. The received mixture is cooled to temperature of 24-55 C and granulated. The granulated material is exposed to a powdering. As the powdering material it is possible to use tale, china-clay and other conventional material. At that intermixing is realized in the screw type rubber masticator, extruder or in any other equipment of similar designation. The method is characterized by a metering of components in kg per a minute: Bitumen 0.120-0.391, a granulate of butadienesterene thermoplastic 0.092-0.300, wastes products of production of synthetic rubbers and latexes 0.033-0.109, chalk 0.028-0.091, waste products of industrial oils 0.005-0.018.
