FIELD: petroleum processing. SUBSTANCE: oil slime is subjected to plasma treatment in the form of dispersed combustible water-fuel compositions under conditions of catalytically active air plasma at mass average temperature 1500-6000 K during 10-5-10-3 sec with content of ultrafine catalytically active materials 0.01-1.0 wt %, which are obtained in the process of plasma-catalytic utilization of oil slimes. Plasmacatalytic reactor comprises plasma generator, reaction chamber, nozzle and connection pipes for supplying raw material and discharging products. Reaction chamber and disk-shaped nozzle are disposed on the same axial line. Plasma generator and disk- shaped nozzle are connected to reaction chamber on the opposite sides. Disk shaped nozzle has driving shaft, on which are mounted external chamber with emulsifying disks and internal chamber containing perforated bush and dispersing disk, which are interconnected over casing with sealing ring placed thereon. Reaction chamber has quartz tube and water-cooled housing with, placed on it, connecting pipe for discharging utilization products. Advantages of proposed inventions are: small dimensions, compactness and maneuverability of installation, low power consumption, generation of additional heat energy for process and domestic needs, low level of polluting substances in cleaned emission gases of installation, lack of polluting organics in solid utilization products, and absence of evacuation of polluted water.
