FIELD: reduction melting unit, especially, reactor with fluidized bed. SUBSTANCE: reduction reactor with fluidized bed is designed for reduction of crushed iron ore and supply of reduced iron ore to melting gas generator unit. Device incorporates at least two furnaces with fluidized bed consequently performing preliminary heating, preliminary reduction and final reduction of charged crushed iron ore by means of reducing gas supplied from gas generator unit, scrubber whereto exhaust gas is conveyed from preliminary heating furnace through exhaust pipe and which cools and purifies this gas from fine-grained particles contained therein. Additionally device incorporates fluidized bed stabilization unit intended for stabilization of fluidized bed when in one of the furnaces this bed is disrupted due to unstable supply of reducing gas.
