FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with detecting N-terminal pro-MNP, recombinant N-terminal pro-MNP, its application as a standard in the above-mentioned method and, also, antibodies to identify recombinant N-terminal pro-MNP, and their obtaining. For the purpose to detect N-terminal pro-MNP one should use, at least, two antibodies in a sample for identification of different epitopes of N- terminal pro-MNP.
