SUBSTANCE: invention can be employed to protect special objects of both military and civilian assignment such as: control centers, rocket launchers, stations and distribution facilities supplying power to essential services. Device includes elongated cumulative explosive charge in envelope, protective unit to absorb fragmentation mass, electric detonator, wires to switch on electric detonator, radio receiver to receive unblanking signal and to activate electric detonator, radio transmitter to send signal to radio receiver, cable box to house wires connected to cores of cable with the aid of taps and unseparable enclosure. Actuating element in the form of explosive charge of cumulative type that can not be withdrawn and is fixed around cable in such manner that shaped jet cuts cable. Device switches off power supply of essential services in extreme situation practically in fraction of second which enables to prevent or minimize aftereffects of unauthorized actions or irregular situations.
