FIELD: gas-and-oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: invention presents a method of petroleum preparation for transportation. It may be also used in the oil and gas extraction industry at preparation of different types of sulfur-bearing oil and gas condensates with the high contents of hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans. Preparation of petroleum is exercised by its multistage separation, including purging by hydrocarbon gas at the temperature of 20- 70 and pressure of 0.1-0.6 Mpa till reaching of no more than 87 % degree of removal of the present hydrogen sulfide. A tertiary treatment of petroleum is carried out by introduction in it of efficient quantities(amounts) of nitrogen-bearing compound basic reagent and an aldehyde-bearing product and / or oxidizing agent. The intermixture is kept under the temperature of 10-70 and pressure of 0.1-1.5 MPa for no less than 5 minutes. As a nitrogen-bearing basic reactant they introduce organic amine and /or ammonia in petroleum and as an aldehyde-bearing product - 30-40 %-solution of formaldehyde (formalin), paraformaldehyde or uraldehyde (furfurol), taken at the rate of 0.6-1.5 gramme-molecule of the basic reagent and 1.2- 3 gramme-molecule of an aldehyde per 1 gramme-molecule of residual hydrogen sulfide and light methyl-, ethylmercaptans. In the capacity of oxidizing agent they pump in the compressed air or 20-50 % solution of' hydrogen peroxide, taken at the ratio of 1-3 gramme-molecule per 1 gramme-molecule of residual hydrogen sulfide and methyl-, ethylmercaptans. In the capacity of hydrocarbonaceous gas used for blowing they are pumping in the gas of petroleum separations preliminary cleaned from hydrogen sulfide or the natural gas taken at the ratio of 2,5-12m3/m3 of petroleum. The method allows to reduce simultaneously the residual content of hydrogen sulfide and light methyl-, ethylmercaptans in the stock-tank oil up to a level of state-of-the-art requirements with preservation of its high yield.
