SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes laser, arranged in optical duct of housing mirror dihedral prismatic splitter with rectangular base and reflector. Focusing lens are arranged in optical duct of housing. Reflector is cone one; it has inlet opening with diameter equal to that of laser beam. Rectangular base of prismatic splitter has base with length A = Dl.b. and width of base B = (0.4 -0.6)Dl.b. where Dl.b. - diameter of laser beam. It allows to simplify design of apparatus for precision welding of thin conductors or sections simultaneously on two sides at simultaneously reducing deformation of welded articles due to possibility of symmetrical arrangement of welding spots relative to lengthwise axis of conductor or section.
